Students must have a relevant first or second class division A (upper division) honours degree or an appropriate research masters degree or a coursework masters with a significant research component. They should also satisfy the following English language requirements: IELTS (Academic): overall score of 6.5, with sub-scores of 6 and TOEFL (Internet based): overall score of 90 with sub-scores of 20.

Students must complete the application form and attach it with the following documents: certified/notarised copies of award certificates, academic transcripts and English language proficiency test (original). A non-refundable application fee of AUD$55 must be attached with the application. The completed application form must be submitted to QUT Admissions, Victoria Park Road, Kelvin Grove, QLD 4059.
