Course description:
This course helps to develop the skills and knowledge to operate with a high level of competence in the field of Event Management. They will develop a significant communication, planning and organisational skills that will enable them to gain employment in a range of diverse organisations that require event management skills. Opportunities available are professional conference organisers, exhibition and event management companies, sporting associations, community organisations, hospitality and cultural venues.
Entry requirements:
Students must have an IELTS score of 5.5 or equivalent. Students must have completed the Australian Year 11 or equivalent. They should also have completion of Certificate IV in Hospitality. Mature age students with satisfactory industry experience is needed.
