Course description:
This course is designed to teach students knowledge and further develop skills necessary to obtain a formal trade qualification in cookery. This is a non-apprenticeship course.
Entry requirements:
Applicants must successfully complete final year of secondary education or be of mature age. An IELTS score of 5.5 for applicants from non-English speaking backgrounds is required to enroll in this course.

Applicants must attach a non-refundable application fee of A$100 by bank draft to South West Institute of TAFE or the payment can also be made by credit card by completing the relevant section on the Application Form.
